Jake comforts Jo and Sarah while tracking down Hank, much to Amanda's increasing jealousy. Meanwhile, Kimberly (who is revealed to be a homicidal psychopath) lashes out at Jane when she thinks she is cheating Michael out her design company profits, and begins a secret plan of revenge against Michael when she successfully schemes for him to lose his position as chief resident at Whilshire. Chas continues wooing Amanda and when Alison blabs that she saw Chas and Amanda kissing, it results in Amanda firing Chas, Jake shunning Amanda, and Alison incurring Amanda's full wrath.
