Cruz and Vilches talk ...See moreElisa's son seems to be thinking about his possible return to Spain, but she's a bit disappointed because the boy has only asked about her father's house, so the nurse thinks that he doesn't want to live with her. Cruz and Vilches talk about their kiss: it was important to her, but he makes clear it was only a kiss. Vilches' sons lift money from his wallet to buy him a birthday gift; he discovers them and explains that what they did isn't right. Guillermo thinks that he must leave Vilches' home, because he has had similar experiences in his other foster families, but Vilches explains that he will not eject him after every mistake. Javier discovers that a patient who though he suffered a heart attack one year ago and ported an stent is completely healthy and has been INGANED. Dávila is very involved in the case because he lost a patient years ago after three bypasses, but that one had also been inganed. Although Maca uses her second surname, Fernández, because she prefers the people not to know about her real origin, Javier notices that she belongs to the Wilsons, a rich Jerez family with whom his own family is close friends. Maca and Esther take a cooking course together at the hospital and start to get along better.
