It's confirmed that Fran isn't returning, and a new doctor, Rober, is assigned to the SAMUR unit. Eva, who had occupied the place, thinks that Rober has been appointed to the post through influence and has a tense relationship with him. Javier and Belén want to have a baby but she does not manage to remain pregnant, so they run fertility tests.
