McDermott's nephew, destitute playboy Kenny Calvin, sues the operating surgeon for malpractice, which brings Robin Scott into the case. His investigation of Calvin leads Robin to suspect murder instead of malpractice, and when someone attempts to kill him, Robin is certain he's on the right track. Circumstances begin to indicate that someone may be framing Calvin. Robin carefully points out to all involved that if convicted of murder, Calvin will not collect his half of the large estate left by McDermott. This maneuvers the real criminals into the open and Robin apprehends them, saving both Calvin and the surgeon from false charges. See less
