Brian lunges at Ramani when he dislikes her questions. Smithy and Reg attends a fire finding Manisha's body. DI Morrell is bought in to run the investigation. Sam finds evidence that Baxter was following Manisha. Another woman is reported missing. Ramani and Jo find a bomb in a pub. Baxter is arrested again and Sam is determined to understand what he has been up to. Sam does a deal with Baxter to help catch the real killer. Ramani is kidnapped by a cabbie.
