Meadows warns Manson away from Beech, but Manson goes to see him again when he is beaten up in prison. Young is under pressure from Gina to make a decision about whether to make her rape allegation against Smithy official. Young then assists De Costa when a young Asian girl is raped but refuses to testify. Kent investigates a break-in on the Cole Lane Estate, but when he discovers that the victim was previously arrested on child sex offenses, his vigilante instincts lead him to take the law into his own hands once again.
