She is in love with a member of the police department, and at every possible opportunity slips out and holds hands with him. One day while her father is very much interested in a checker game, two burglars come in and carry away every article in the store, including the chairs on which the players are sitting. Sweedie makes all the noise possible, but fails to arouse the checker fiends. The burglars bind her and place her in the wagon with the stolen goods, where she is found by the police. They all then give chase to the thieves and capture them. Written by Moving Picture World synopsis See less
