The villain selects a country girl for his victim. After a few passes she is in his power. He leads her through a dark, crooked tunnel into his den of iniquity and there he compels her to play the piano for him. Victoria, the villain's second victim, is equally as innocent as the first, but she has a sweetheart, Eddie. The youthful hero follows to the den of iniquity. He finds a book on mental telepathy and thus he learns the secret of the villain's power. He puts his hypnotic power against that of the villain and the atmosphere is literally saturated with telepathic waves. In this midst of a terrific battle between the two minds a negress comes up the street. She becomes tangled in the thought waves and is drawn to the villain, while Victoria escapes with Eddie. Slaves of the villain's evil power kidnap Victoria. There is another battle for hypnotism supremacy, Eddie urging on the police and the villain directing his crooks. Virtue wins, however.
