Can I subscribe only for one month or one year?

IMDb Resume now offers monthly or annual subscriptions. Both of these subscriptions are recurring by default (i.e. they are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period until you decide to cancel), since the majority of our users finds this method to be more convenient and hassle-free.

If you want to subscribe only for a specific period of time and are afraid that you might forget to cancel before the desired paid period expires, you can sign up and cancel anytime after completing the signup process (even the next day). Your subscription will still remain active for the whole period (one month or one year) and automatically end on your paid-through date.

If you cancel right after you sign up, you won't have to worry about forgetting about it later on: when the paid period expires your access will be suspended and you won't be charged again. Cancellation simply prevents the next billing cycle from kicking in: it does not suspend the service that you have paid for in advance.
