One of my credits says that I did post-production work on a film, but that's not true. Why is that and how do I remove it?

It's likely that the 'Post-production' or similar attribute displayed on your filmography page doesn't actually refer to your credit but is meant to reflect the film's current production status. In other words, if your filmography looks similar to this example:

Filmography (2 titles)YearBudgetUS Box
Office
User
Rating
User
Votes
Spider-Man 3 - Production Supervisor2005$130Mpost-production
Scary Movie 4 - Location Manager2004$25Mpre-production

it simply means that Spider-Man 3 is known as currently being in post-production, while Scary Movie 4 is still in pre-production. It does NOT mean that the person worked as a post-production coordinator or that he was a location manager only during the film's pre-production stage (of course these are two made-up titles/credits, but you get the idea). As soon as the film's status changes (i.e. it's no longer in post), those attributes will change too or disappear.

When an attribute refers to a specific credit, it's always listed immediately after it. In the above example, if 'post-production' or 'pre-production' referred to the credits instead of the films, the filmography would be displayed like this:

Filmography (2 titles)YearBudgetUS Box
